Xbox Live and the Residence halls
Beginning sometime early on Monday, February 1st, users in the residence halls started to notice service outages for gaming consoles that have wired connections. As of right now, we are in the process of troubleshooting the issue. The cause is unknown at this time, but we hope to have this resolved within this week or next. If you are still experiencing outages, please send an email to 2fix@bvu.edu or to mattw@bvu.edu describing as close as possible to exactly when you stopped receiving service and if it has ever come back and then gone out again. Also, please state which building and room you are in. As much information on this issue as possible will greatly help in troubleshooting the cause of the outage. Thank you for your continued patience as we investigate this issue.
