Amanda Mordhorst

Amanda Mordhorst is a freshman infielder from Ute, IA.  She played shortstop for Charter Oak-Ute high school.  During her high school softball career, her team made it to the Iowa State Softball tournament three years in a row.  One of Amanda's best softball memories was winning the sub-state game in extra innings to qualify for the state tournament for the first time ever.  Being starting shortstop on that team is one of Amanda's biggest softball accomplishments.

Ashley Partlow

Ashley Partlow is a senior from Spencer, IA.  She is a catcher and is co-captain of this year's team.  She will be graduating this May with a degree in Sports and Fitness Management and minors in Health and Coaching.  After she graduates she plans on going to grad school to get her masters degree.  She would eventually love to coach or become an athletic director at the collegiate level.

2007 Junior Visit Day

On Saturday, April 14^th the BVU coaching staff would like to invite all juniors interested in attending Buena Vista University and playing softball to a special Swing into Spring visit day.  The day will begin with registration from 8:30-9:00 am.
